Mothballing of Teesside Cast Products

A sad day for the UK steel industry with the mothballing of Teesside Cast Products in Redcar. I visited several times during my work on the steeluniversity project and was always impressed by the highly skilled and dedicated workforce there. We hope that a buyer for the plant can be found soon to ensure that the skills and experience are not lost.

steeluniversity Challenge 2010

We're working again with the World Steel Association to advise on the development of next year's steeluniversity Challenge. Details aren't to be made public for a little while, so I won't say too much.
